2. Creator Responsibilities

By participating as a creator, you agree to:
• Create original, high-quality content aligned with collaboration guidelines
• Submit content for review before posting
• Only post content that has been approved by both ClixVia and the participating business
• Accurately represent the business, product, or experience
• Communicate professionally and respectfully throughout the collaboration process

Creators may not post unapproved content related to a collaboration.

3. Content Approval Process

All content created as part of a ClixVia collaboration must go through the following process:
1. Creator produces content
2. Content is submitted to ClixVia
3. ClixVia shares content with the business for review
4. Once approved, the creator may publish the content

Posting content without approval may result in removal from future collaboration opportunities.

4. Conduct & Representation

Creators agree to:
• Maintain a respectful and professional tone when representing participating businesses
• Refrain from posting misleading, harmful, defamatory, or intentionally damaging content in connection with a collaboration
• Interact respectfully with businesses, staff, customers, and other creators

If a creator experiences an issue related to a collaboration, we encourage them to contact ClixVia directly so we can attempt to address the concern before public escalation.

5. Content Usage & Promotion

By participating:
• Creators grant ClixVia permission to share, repost, and feature approved content for promotional and marketing purposes
• ClixVia may contact creators regarding potential promotion, advertising usage, or boosted distribution of content, which may require additional consent depending on scope
• Businesses may repost approved collaboration content unless otherwise agreed upon in writing

6. Content Ownership

Creators retain ownership of their original content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By participating in collaborations, creators grant ClixVia and participating businesses a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost, share, display, and promote approved content in connection with the collaboration.

7. Advertising & Disclosure Compliance

Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, endorsement, and disclosure laws and guidelines, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding sponsored or promotional content.

Where required, creators must clearly disclose collaborations using terms such as “ad,” “sponsored,” or similar disclosures.

8. Business Responsibilities

Businesses agree to:
• Clearly communicate what is being offered in exchange for content
• Honor agreed-upon offers, products, services, or experiences
• Provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment for creators
• Communicate expectations clearly and honestly

9. Limitation of Liability

ClixVia acts solely as a facilitator between creators and businesses.

ClixVia is not responsible for:
• The quality, safety, legality, or experience provided by a business
• The actions, conduct, or content of creators
• Any disputes, damages, losses, injuries, or issues arising from collaborations
• Any agreements made independently between creators and businesses

Participation in collaborations is at your own discretion and risk.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued participation in ClixVia following updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
